When it comes to calling companies or services, one of the biggest complaints is having to wait through the epically-long phone menus. You know, the whole, “Please press 1 to do this” or “Please press 2 to do that.” Oftentimes, the menus are so long, you have trouble remembering all the specifics by the time it’s done.
